Refund Policy

Refunds are issued exclusively if, within the first 30 (thirty) days from membership subscription, and despite the member's full collaboration, SWC Management has not provided any measurable and verifiable minimum activity related to the chosen solution.

Such a refund request must be submitted in writing to SWC within and no later than the 6th (sixth) day following the completion of the 30th day (i.e., between the 31st and 36th day inclusive) from membership subscription.
Greenwood C.A. will evaluate the request by verifying the actual and total absence of such verifiable minimum activity on its part within the specified period. If the right to a refund is recognized, the amount due (membership fee) will be disbursed within 60 (sixty) days from the confirmation of the right.

SWC Management reserves the right to propose to the member an additional and definitive extension of 90 (ninety) days of active service to rectify the situation, as a gesture of goodwill aimed at fulfilling its mission of support. If the member explicitly and voluntarily accepts this proposal, SWC undertakes to guarantee demonstrable support during this period. If, at the end of these 90 days of extension, none of the progressive activities have been provided by SWC, and this is attributable to SWC's negligence and not to the member's lack of cooperation or requirements, the member will be entitled to a total monetary refund of the amount originally paid for the membership fee 8 days after the new refund request. In this case, a new request must be submitted after the 91st day, in less than 10 days.

Discretionary Rights

SWC reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not comply with these conditions or where service access has already commenced.
