Refund Policy

Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only in cases where services have not been provided within the specified timeline or due to reasons attributable solely to SWC.

If no opportunities or services included in your selected package are provided within 30 continuous days from the activation of your membership, you may be eligible for a refund of your membership fee. This refund is subject to the following conditions:

  • Eligibility for Refunds:
    Refunds will only be granted if no proposals or opportunities outlined in the chosen package materialize within the stipulated time.

    • The refund request must be submitted in writing to simonworkcorner@gmail.com.

    • Refund processing will occur within 90 working days from the 30th day after the membership activation date.

  • Exclusions from Refunds:
    If opportunities or services related to the chosen package are provided during this period, no refunds will be issued, even if the member decides not to pursue the provided opportunities.

Conditions for Membership and Services

  • Membership Activation:
    Membership begins upon receipt of payment and remains active for 365 days.

  • Service Use:
    Members are required to ensure they meet prerequisites such as language proficiency, documentation, and other preparatory steps necessary for utilizing the services effectively.

  • Discretionary Rights:
    SWC reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not comply with these conditions or where service access has already commenced.
