Purpose of the SWC Community

The Simon Work Corner (SWC) Community is an exclusive platform designed to connect expatriates worldwide, offering networking opportunities, professional development, and a supportive environment for personal and career growth. By joining the SWC Community, members agree to adhere to the following policies to maintain a respectful, secure, and collaborative space.

Membership Requirements

To become a member of the SWC Community, individuals must:

• Be a registered expat with Simon Work Corner (SWC).

• Provide a valid photo and/or a written testimonial for publication on SWC platforms.

• Submit a copy of a valid identity document (front and back) for verification purposes.

• Acknowledge and accept the Community Policy by responding via email to simonworkcorner@gmail.com.

Member Benefits

SWC Community members are entitled to:

• Networking Opportunities: Participate in group outings, professional events, and social networking activities.

• Exclusive Access: Complimentary workshops, private events, and access to a members-only marketplace.

• Referral Rewards:

  • Option 1: 15% cashback on referrals + 1 additional month of SWC services.

  • Option 2: €20 + 5% cashback on referrals + 1 additional month of SWC services.

  • Unused service months may be converted into virtual credits and discounts at the end of the membership.

    
    

Code of Conduct

To ensure a positive and secure environment, all members must:

• Respect Others: Treat all members with dignity, avoiding discriminatory or offensive behavior.

• Maintain Authenticity: Provide accurate and truthful information in profiles and interactions.

• Protect Privacy: Do not share personal information of other members without their explicit consent.
  

Violations of the Code of Conduct may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent removal from the Community.

Privacy and Data Usage

By joining the SWC Community, members consent to the use of their personal data, including photos and testimonials, within SWC platforms. SWC complies with GDPR regulations, ensuring the secure and confidential management of personal information.

Membership Duration

Membership in the SWC Community is valid for 365 days from the date of acceptance and can be renewed upon mutual agreement. After the initial membership period, individuals remain lifelong members of the Community, retaining access to benefits and connections as long as they comply with the Community rules.
Existing members will be eligible for discounted rates on management packages after one year.

Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an email to simonworkcorner@gmail.com with your acceptance and a copy of your identity document, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the SWC Community Policy.
